Explore Atlanta’s role as the intellectual and spiritual heart of the Civil Rights Movement. Travel through the historic Sweet Auburn District before walking the Civil Rights Walk of Fame and exploring the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park. Reflect at the Gandhi statue, the Eternal Flame, and the King crypts, with opportunities to visit Dr. King’s Birth Home and historic Ebenezer Baptist Church. Continue to the APEX Museum before concluding the day with a group dinner as you prepare to journey into Alabama.

Continue to Montgomery for a panoramic introduction to the city that became the birthplace of the modern Civil Rights Movement.
